Health and Safety Code section 54948

The executive committee shall, in addition to the reporting requirement in Section 54947, and by April 1 of each year until April 1, 2029, submit supplemental information to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee and to the relevant budget and policy committees of the Legislature. The supplemental information shall include information regarding bond utilization, implementation of the Housing Development and Finance Committee’s housing reservation pursuant to subparagraph (A) of paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 8869.84 of the Government Code, and any other information the executive committee determines is relevant.
