Health and Safety Code section 54942

(a)

The executive committee shall identify and work to align funding sources that may contribute to affordable housing finance, which may include, but is not limited to, aligning funding dates and coordinating with other state affordable housing funding programs to improve program effectiveness.

(b)

The executive committee may consult and coordinate with other state agencies and departments to identify and align relevant funding opportunities.

(c)

The executive committee may make recommendations to state financing entities to identify and align relevant funding opportunities.
