Health and Safety Code section 54947

The executive committee shall post to its internet website by April 1 of each year a report specifying, with respect to its activities under this chapter during the previous calendar year, all of the following:

(a)

The total amount of funding awarded by the executive committee.

(b)

The total number of units assisted by the executive committee that are, or are to be, occupied by households that are acutely low income, extremely low income, and low income.

(c)

The amount of funding awarded to each project, the other financing available to the project, and the number of units that are, or are to be, therein occupied by households that are acutely low income, extremely low income, and low income.

(d)

Sufficient information to identify the project.

(e)

An aggregation of information submitted annually by housing sponsors for all projects that have received a multifamily affordable housing program allocation in previous years specifying all of the following:

(1)

Information sufficient to identify the project.

(2)

The total number of units in the project.

(3)

The total number of units assisted by the awards that are required to be occupied by households that are acutely low income, extremely low income, and low income.

(4)

The total number of units assisted that are occupied by households that are acutely low income, extremely low income, and low income.
