Health and Safety Code section 54945

(a)

The executive committee shall work with the administering entity to accept, review, and score applications.

(b)

For each multifamily affordable housing funding, the administering entity shall provide recommendations on awards to the executive committee.

(c)

If the executive committee approves an award, the executive committee shall direct the committee to allocate the funds to the awardee.

(d)

The Department of Housing and Community Development and the California Housing Finance Agency, as applicable, shall continue issuing and administering all notices of funding availability for the multifamily affordable housing funding programs until the executive committee adopts rules to implement this chapter.
