Business and Professions Code section 4119.5

(a)

A pharmacy can transfer a reasonable supply of dangerous drugs to another pharmacy.

(b)

A pharmacy may repackage and furnish to a prescriber a reasonable quantity of dangerous drugs and dangerous devices for prescriber office use.
