Public Utilities Code section 130710

The MTA shall not contract with any of the following:

(a)

Board members or their staff.

(b)

Any profit-making firm or business in which a board member or member of their staff is an officer, principal, partner, or shareholder who owns more than 10 percent of the firm or business.
