Public Utilities Code section 130605

Any reference in this chapter to “chief executive officer,” “general counsel,” “counsel,” “inspector general,” “ethics officer,” “board secretary,” or “secretary” is to the officers of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority appointed under Section 130051.9, 130051.28, and 130610.
