Government Code section 62462

(a)

If San Francisco establishes a district pursuant to this division, it shall develop and submit an annual report to the relevant committees of the Legislature regarding the commercial-to-residential conversion projects financed by the district.

(b)

The reports submitted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795.
