(a)
Board members or their staff shall not engage in any employment, activity, or enterprise that is inconsistent, incompatible, or in conflict with the duties of an MTA officer.(b)
Board members or their staff shall not use the MTA’s facilities, equipment, supplies, badge, prestige, or influence for private gain.
