CA Educ Code Section 58910

(a)

Each school participating in the demonstration program shall prepare a school plan within a time period specified in the district proposal to the state. The plan shall indicate how the provision of educational instruction in kindergarten and grades 1 to 12, inclusive, as appropriate, shall be restructured.

(b)

It is the intent of the Legislature that the school plans prepared reflect the unique pupil and organizational characteristics of each school.

(c)

Each school plan shall be filed with the appropriate school district.
