Business and Professions Code section 2459.7

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no osteopathic physician and surgeon shall utilize an osteopathic aide to perform services other than those specified in Section 2459.5 and 2459.6. A violation of this section constitutes unprofessional conduct and is grounds for disciplinary action.
