Welfare and Institutions Code section 4893

This chapter applies to any grievance filed on or after February 1, 2027. Any complaint filed prior to February 1, 2027, shall continue to be addressed pursuant to the provisions of Section 4731, as it read immediately preceding its becoming inoperative by the act that added this section.
