Welfare and Institutions Code section 4892

(a)

The department shall convene stakeholders and legislative staff no later than August 1, 2027, in order to receive input and feedback regarding the implementation of this chapter.

(b)

(1)The department shall submit a report to the Legislature on the implementation of this chapter, including stakeholder input received pursuant to subdivision (a), no later than December 1, 2027.

(2)

A report to be submitted pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be submitted in compliance with Section 9795 of the Government Code.

(c)

Pursuant to Section 10231.5 of the Government Code, this section is repealed on January 1, 2028.
