Welfare and Institutions Code section 14132.905

(a)

Day care habilitative services, pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 14021, shall be provided only to alcohol- and drug-exposed pregnant women and women in the postpartum period, or as required by federal law.

(b)

This section shall become operative on July 1, 2013.
