Streets and Highways Code section 6505.4

For the purpose of giving notice, as required by Section 6505.2, parties of interest are all of the following:

(a)

Lienholders of record prior to the issuance of the treasurer’s deed.

(b)

Any other person who would be vested with title to all, or any portion, of the property to be sold by redemption of the property.
