Streets and Highways Code section 6502

No sale of property shall be made pursuant to this chapter unless the notices are sent pursuant to Section 6500, 6501, 6505, and 6505.2. The failure of the property owner to receive or accept the notices does not affect the validity of the sale or invalidate any subsequent act or proceeding.
