Public Contract Code section 21611

As used in this article:

(a)

“Public entity” means and includes the United States, the state and any county, city, public corporation, or public district of the state, and any department, entity, agency, or authority of any thereof.

(b)

“Private corporation” means and includes any private corporation organized under the laws of the United States or of any state.
