Penal Code section 6029.5

The Board of Corrections is authorized to expend money from the County Jail Capital Expenditure Fund, created pursuant to Section 4412 and 6029.1, on joint use correctional facilities housing county and state or federal prisoners or any combination thereof in proportion to the county benefit.
