Penal Code section 25555

(a)

Section 25400 does not apply to, or affect, the transportation of a firearm by a person in order to comply with or utilize Section 26556, 26892, 27875, 27920, 27925, 29810, or 29830, as it pertains to that firearm.

(b)

Section 25400 does not apply to or affect the transportation of a firearm by a person in order to comply with paragraph (2) of subdivision (e) of Section 32000 as it pertains to that firearm.

(c)

Section 25400 does not apply to, or affect the transportation of, a firearm by a person in order to comply with Section 6389 of the Family Code.

(d)

This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2026, and as of that date is repealed.
