Health and Safety Code section 6611

The notice shall contain:

(a)

Time and place of holding the election.

(b)

The names of the officers of election appointed to conduct it.

(c)

The hours during the day in which the polls will be open.

(d)

A statement of the purpose for which the election is held.

(e)

The amount of the proposed bonds, the rate of interest or maximum rate of interest to be paid and the number of years not to exceed which the whole of the bonds are to run.
