Health and Safety Code section 1525.3

Prior to the issuance of any new license or special permit pursuant to this chapter, the applicant shall attend an orientation given by the department. The orientation given by the department shall outline all of the following:

(a)

The rules and regulations of the department applicable to a community care facility.

(b)

The scope of operation of a community care facility.

(c)

The responsibility entailed in operating a community care facility.
