Health and Safety Code section 1522.09

(a)

The department shall, no later than July 1, 2017, develop a notice that does all of the following:

(1)

Contains the telephone number to make a complaint regarding a community care facility or child care facility.

(2)

Includes information about the prohibition of impeding mandated reports.

(3)

Includes information about the option to make a confidential complaint.

(b)

The notice developed pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be posted conspicuously in a prominent area in all foster family agencies.
