Government Code section 65098.5

(a)

A city, county, or city and county shall not approve development of a logistics use that does not meet or exceed the standards outlined in this chapter.

(b)

This section shall not be construed to restrict the existing authority of a city, county, or city and county to deny a logistics use facility altogether.
