Government Code section 27279.3

(a)

A requester and addressee for delivery of a recorded image may record a digitized image of a recordable instrument if the requester meets the conditions set forth in paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 27279.1.

(b)

This section shall become operative on January 1, 2000.
