Government Code section 15475.2

(a)

(1)The office may issue a notice of nonperformance to direct an electrical corporation to correct any nonperformance with the approved wildfire mitigation plan.

(2)

The notice of nonperformance shall identify deficiencies and may prescribe corrective actions and timelines.

(3)

The notice of nonperformance shall be posted on the office’s internet website and shall be served electronically on the electrical corporation.

(b)

The office shall adopt guidelines pursuant to Section 15475.6 setting forth the policies and procedures for administering the duties of this section.
