Government Code section 15472

For purposes of this part:

(a)

“Director” means the Director of the Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety.

(b)

“Office” means Office of Energy Infrastructure Safety.

(c)

“Regulated entity” means an entity that is regulated by the office.
