Government Code section 11435.50

The Department of Human Resources may remove the name of a person from the list of certified interpreters if any of the following conditions occurs:

(a)

The person is deceased.

(b)

The person notifies the department that the person is unavailable for work.

(c)

The person does not submit a renewal fee as required by Section 11435.45.
