Fish and Game Code section 8803

In District 10, beach nets may be used, the meshes of which are at least 112 inches in length. In that portion of District 10 lying south of Pt. Lobos, beach nets not over 20 feet in length, the meshes of which are at least seven-eighths of an inch in length, may be used to take surf smelt only.
