Education Code section 2583
(a)
For the 2015–16 fiscal year to the 2022–23 fiscal year, inclusive, the Superintendent shall add two million dollars ($2,000,000) to the amount to be apportioned pursuant to Section 2574 and 2575 for the Los Angeles County Office of Education for the purpose of supporting professional development and leadership training for education professionals related to antibias education and the creation of inclusive and equitable schools.(b)
For the 2023–24 fiscal year to the 2025–26 fiscal year, inclusive, the Superintendent shall add three million dollars ($3,000,000) to the amount to be apportioned pursuant to Section 2574 and 2575 for the Los Angeles County Office of Education for the purpose of supporting statewide professional development and leadership training for education professionals related to antibias education and the creation of inclusive and equitable schools.(c)
Commencing with the 2026–27 fiscal year, the department shall add four million dollars ($4,000,000) to the amount to be apportioned pursuant to Section 2574 and 2575 for the Los Angeles County Office of Education for allocation to the Museum of Tolerance for the purpose of supporting statewide professional development and leadership training for education professionals related to antibias education and the creation of inclusive and equitable schools.
