CA Veh Code Section 626.6

A “traffic violator school operator” is the person who directs and manages the operations of a traffic violator school. A “traffic violator school operator” may be either the traffic violator school owner or another person designated by the traffic violator school owner to personally direct and manage the traffic violator school for the traffic violator school owner.
