CA Pub Util Code Section 132351.5

(a)

Each member of the consolidated agency, including alternate members when serving in the absence of a regular member at board meetings, and members, including alternates, of the policy advisory committees of the consolidated agency, shall be compensated as determined by the board, and for his or her necessary and reasonable expenses in performing his or her duties as a consolidated agency or policy advisory committee member.

(b)

The chairperson shall receive additional monthly compensation in an amount established from time to time by the board.
