CA Educ Code Section 69969

(a)

It is the intent of the Legislature that funding for the purposes of the California State Work-Study Program be appropriated in the annual Budget Act.

(b)

Available funds shall be allocated to each participating institution by the commission, including a minimum administrative allowance for each institution.

(c)

The commission may provide a supplementary administrative allowance to institutions that reflects the additional costs of placing students with off-campus, private, profit-making employers and public school districts.
