CA Bus & Prof Code Section 2566.1

The amount of fees prescribed in connection with certificates for spectacle lens dispensers shall be as set forth in this section unless a lower fee is fixed by the division:

(a)

The initial registration fee is one hundred dollars ($100).

(b)

The renewal fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100).

(c)

The delinquency fee is twenty-five dollars ($25).

(d)

The fee for replacement of a lost, stolen or destroyed certificate is twenty-five dollars ($25).
