CA Bus & Prof Code Section 2565

The amount of fees prescribed in connection with the registration of dispensing opticians shall be as set forth in this section unless a lower fee is fixed by the division:

(a)

The initial registration fee is one hundred dollars ($100).

(b)

The renewal fee is one hundred dollars ($100).

(c)

The delinquency fee is twenty-five dollars ($25).

(d)

The fee for replacement of a lost, stolen, or destroyed certificate is twenty-five dollars ($25). This section shall become operative on January 1, 1988.
