N.Y. Private Housing Finance Law Section 909
Annual report


The commissioner shall, on or before December thirty-first in each year submit a report to the legislature on the implementation of this article. Such report shall include, but not be limited to, for each company receiving payments under this article: a description of such company’s contract amount and cumulative total; the specific neighborhood preservation activities performed by such company; the findings required by the commissioner under subdivision two of § 903 (Contracts with neighborhood preservation companies)section nine hundred three of this article; the amounts of monies received by the company from sources other than payments made pursuant to this article; the value of services rendered for the benefit of the company for which payment is not required to be made; and such other information as the commissioner deems appropriate.
