N.Y. Judiciary Law Section 362
Criers not required to attend special term supreme court in certain cases


Where a special term of the supreme court is adjourned to the chambers of a justice of the court, pursuant to § 147 (Holding special and trial terms)section one hundred and forty-seven of this chapter, the attendance of the crier is not required unless the justice directs him to attend.
