N.Y. Executive Law Section 842
Council rules and regulations promulgated by governor


The governor, in his discretion, may adopt and promulgate any or all of the rules and regulations recommended by the council to the governor pursuant to subdivision one of section eight hundred forty. When the governor promulgates any rule or regulation recommended by the council, he shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the secretary of state, in accordance with the requirements of subdivision one of section one hundred two, including a statement as to the effective date of such rules or regulations.
