Welfare and Institutions Code section 5882

(a)

Participating counties shall assign sufficient resources to performance evaluation to enable the county to fulfill all evaluation responsibilities specified in the contract with the department.

(b)

Counties shall cooperate with the department regarding the development of uniform measures of performance.
