Welfare and Institutions Code section 5345

(a)

This article shall be known, and may be cited, as Laura’s Law.

(b)

“Assisted outpatient treatment” shall be defined as categories of outpatient services that have been ordered by a court pursuant to Section 5346 or 5347.
