Welfare and Institutions Code section 4777

On or before September 1 of each year, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall submit to the state council:

(a)

An estimate of all developmentally disabled persons to be served throughout the state.

(b)

Estimated total cost, by service or educational category.

(c)

Estimated sources of revenue.
