Welfare and Institutions Code section 2015

In a youth center or youth shelter facility that is shared with other age groups, funds received under this chapter may support only the following:

(a)

That part of the facility used by young people.

(b)

A proportionate share of the costs based on the extent of use of the facility by young people.
