Welfare and Institutions Code section 16500.55

Any county that participates in the program pursuant to this section on or after the effective date of the act which amends this section in the 1991 calendar year shall provide services to children who have been adjudged wards of the court pursuant to Section 601 and 602 only to the extent approved by the department.
