Welfare and Institutions Code section 13000

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth those policies and procedures as are necessary to accommodate reductions in federal funds provided under Title XX of the federal Social Security Act as amended by the federal Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981.
