Welfare and Institutions Code section 12552.1

(a)

A county may transfer funds received for the implementation of this chapter from its administrative allocation to its benefit allocation for the purposes of providing additional benefits to clients to the extent that administrative savings are achieved.

(b)

This section shall become operative on July 1, 2001.
