Water Code section 78647.12

The board may adopt regulations to implement this article. The regulations shall include all of the following:

(a)

Criteria for the assessment of watershed areas.

(b)

Procedures for the submission of applications.

(c)

Procedures for the approval or disapproval of an application submitted under Section 78647.6.
