Water Code section 76042

The election shall be noticed, conducted, and the returns thereof made and canvassed, in the same manner as is provided for the formation election except that the ballots to be used at the election shall contain the words, “Dissolution of district—Yes,” or “Dissolution of district—No,” or words equivalent thereto.
