Water Code section 13198.6

(a)

This article does not limit, alter, or expand any provision of the California Emergency Services Act (Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 8550) of Division 1 of Title 2 of the Government Code).

(b)

This article does not expand or alter the authority of an implementing agency to take regulatory action other than the actions explicitly described in this article.
