Streets and Highways Code section 30102.5

Consistent with Section 30918, the Bay Area Toll Authority shall fix the rates of the toll charge, except as provided in Section 30921 and 30923, and may grant reduced-rate and toll-free passage on the state-owned toll bridges within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.
