Streets and Highways Code section 188.9

(a)

Beginning January 1, 2013, the commission shall allocate construction support costs for a project in the state transportation improvement program at the time of allocation of construction capital costs.

(b)

The commission shall require a supplemental project allocation request for a project that experiences construction support costs equal to or greater than 120 percent of the amount originally allocated.
