Revenue and Taxation Code section 41139

From funds appropriated by the Legislature from the Emergency Telephone Number Account, the Office of Emergency Services shall begin paying bills as provided in Section 41137, 41137.1, and 41138 in the 1977–78 fiscal year for plans submitted by local agencies by July 1, 1976, to the Office of Emergency Services which the Office of Emergency Services has approved.
